The Fruitville Library has a Gardening Collection that includes books, including large print and audiovisual materials which focus on the unique nature of gardening in SW Florida, funded by the William G. Selby and Marie Selby Foundation. This collection is a natural extension of the learning opportunities provided to library users who visit the Reading Garden, where interpretive signs offer guidance, and best-practices for Florida gardens are demonstrated.
